Today, I leave for Ireland. Don’t worry, I’ll return. I’m going for 10 days starting in Dublin, driving to the Dingle then back to Dublin while stopping in several cities along the way. It’s perfect timing too – I’m an ethnic mutt but thought that my major ethnicity was 25% Irish. However, I recently found out that I am 37.5% Irish, which calculates out to 3 more pints of Guinness per day that my body requires.
