Happy Turkey Day everyone! Hopefully all of your cooking is well underway, but in case of a food emergency here are some last-minute Thanksgiving ideas. I wanted to give a quick update today on the Leave A Comment, Feed The Hungry Campaign. There was a total of 142 comments corresponding to $7.10 (142 nickels) and since my advertiser has agreed to match my donation, the total donation is $14.20. Rounded up, I’ve donated $15 to The Hunger Site, see receipt below.
I want to thank the other participants in this campaign, it looks like there was a total of 55 additional comments on their sites, for another $2.75. While the money raised during this campaign wasn’t much, I hope it has raised some awareness. Don’t forget to Click to Give Free Food at The Hunger Site to give for free.
