If I suggested that for lunch today you mix together: cottage cheese, carrots, a handful of spinach, a banana and a few chunks of mango, how would that sound? Disgusting. But what about a Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie? Lucky for you, the ingredients are the same! Imagine a mint chocolate chip ice cream shake, but with 95% less sugar. There’s no “weird” taste, just a slight sweetness and creamy consistency. It even passed muster with peanut butter baby – she can’t get enough of it!



1. Add all ingredients, except the cocoa nibs, to a blender and process until smooth. Add water, as needed, to blend.

2. Top with cocoa nibs or chocolate chips.
