Happy New Year! I hope everyone is having a wonderful time with friends and family, I know I am. I got a DSLR camera for Christmas, a Canon Rebel XSi. I don’t know how to use it yet but I’m excited to learn and take some great new photos. It’s hard to believe I’ve reached 100 posts, most of which are showcased above, but I’m excited to spread more peanut butter joy to the world especially with some fancy new photos. I want to thank all of my loyal and new readers, I hope you stick around and enjoy the next 100 posts! I’ve got a few great recipes which I’ll get to in the next few days so stay tuned.

Happy New Year! I made an amazing (if i do say so myself) PB Cheesecake with PB chocolate ganache. It was really rich, smooth, and creamy. I only had one slice and had to leave it with my MIL, as we had to drive 7 hours the next day. It was torture to leave it! I am gonna make it again. Still love reading your site! Glad I found it.
Sounds incredible, I have yet to make a PB cheesecake but it’s on my list and yours takes the cake! I always hate leaving refrigeration-necessary leftovers behind, it’s such a drag. ~ Nick
