    damn
    youre so peanutbutter’ycreative.
I always resort to my mouth and a spoon.
    seriously…

    • Nick says:

Hey well so do I. It takes a lot of effort to not stuff peanut butter into my mouth before getting it into a recipe. I’m usually full of peanut butter by the time the dish is ready!

Although I don’t use a spoon anymore, I use either a fork or a knife. A fork serves two purposes: it captures the chunks when you’re eating a chunky variety and it also makes it seem like you’re eating a meal. The knife just adds a sense of danger to the whole experience, I’ve already cut my tongue once.

  25. Shannon says:

what a great roundup. and i love that you use a fork :) i’m all about the chunks!! i’ll stay away from the knife though…

  26. Carrie says:

You wouldn’t think that peanut butter would go with Thanksgiving, but you’ve convinced me otherwise.

  27. Debbie says:

    Nic –

Found you through a link from “Country Living” on my FB feed! So glad that I did!! Good to know that there are other peanut butter connoisseurs out there! Your recipes look absolutely delicious! Do you have a personal favorite?

  28. Katrina says:

    Happy Thanksgiving, Nick!

  29. Chuck says:

These all look great man. I did a mix last night of a sweet potato topped with peanut butter and 1 wedge of Laughing Cow cheese. It was actually a pretty good combo- you should give it a try!

  30. Anne says:

What?! There’s another roundup coming up?? What is it? (the link you posted goes to an old post about pb reviews)

    • Nick says:

No no, not another roundup yet! I reposted the Thanksgiving recipes from last year but added new ones and removed others. But I did do a roundup last Turkey Day. There should be a roundup coming soon though….

  31. OMG! My mouth is watering! I’m going to start bookmarking recipes right now… ;-)
