The Great Peanut Butter Exhibition #9 Fruits and Veggies pbe

Extra! Extra! Read all about it! The Peanut Butter Exhibition is back in town! Please welcome my co-hosts from Fake Food Free, Spices Bites, and Feerless Food. It gives us great honor to bring you the next installment of the greatest recipe roundup and competition! And, for the second time in a row, we have a stupendous prize package sponsored by the famous Peanut Butter & Co.!

The theme for this round is Fruits and Veggies. Summer is near and nothing accompanies it better than fresh produce. And I say nothing accompanies produce better than peanut butter. So we want to know the most imaginative fruit or veggie combination for peanut butter you can come up with. This is a wide open theme so get creative, just make sure you get some fruits or veggies in there! To get you started, you might consider going with a modern take on a classic: Double Decker Peanut Butter Sandwich or a twist on a Southern treat: Peanut Butter Banana Pudding or a unique, savory soup: Peanut Butter Chicken Vegetable Soup. To enter, submit your best peanut butter recipe following the guidelines below. The deadline is Monday, June 21st @ Noon (EST) which gives over 2 weeks (and 3 weekends) to brainstorm, develop and create a fruity peanut butter combo that will shake the bowels of the earth!
