Peanut Butter Boy has spent years looking for the best peanut butter in the galaxy and he finally found it. Head over to the Peanut Butter Boy Store to get some for yourself!

If you live in an area heavily affected by Hurricane Sandy, then it’s likely that Halloween has been “rescheduled”. For Hoboken (and I believe all of New Jersey), Halloween activities this year will occur on Monday, Nov 5th. While there’s quite a bit of destruction in the area, at least the kids have something to look forward to. We’re lucky – only about 30% of Hoboken has power right now and we just got ours back yesterday, but it’s giving me the opportunity to share this recipe with you, just in time for the new Halloween. Our hearts go out to everyone affected by Sandy and hopefully this recipe will put a smile on your face!

1 red apple, cored and cut into 1/2″ thick slices
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions: Spread peanut butter onto all the apple slices. Place marshmallows onto half of the apple slices. Top them with the rest of the apple slices. Enjoy!

I agree! For the most part I consider myself an adult, and I loved ‘em!

I don’t celebrate Halloween but will deffo make this with my daughter sometime soon.
    Creative but simple!

Oh and a couple o questions, Nick. Have you reviewed and/or tried the Arrow Mills peanut butter? If so how was it?

    • Nick says:

I have had Arrow Mills PB, I’ve previously reviewed it here. It’s been a long time, but I remember liking it. It was very similar to Krema or Crazy Richard’s if you’ve ever had those. The only problem (in my mind) is that it only comes unsalted, so I always add some kosher salt to give it some flavor.

      • Fathima says:

Yep…that’s the one.Thank you so much Nick. Will deffo give it a try sometime. And yeah will add the salt and sugar!

How did I miss this one! Saw it in the “recently” section when checking out your wives Santa recipe. Both look awesome and are healthier fun choices for this time of year. Thanks
