That’s not a huge spoon you see, that’s a miniature chocolate elephant. Everybody knows that elephants like peanuts but did you know that chocolate elephants like peanut butter? Here’s another Express Eats, although it’s really just a quick snack idea I wanted to implant in your head. Stauffer’s now makes chocolate animal crackers and they taste just like Cocoa Puffs. The point is, they’re delicious when dipped in peanut butter. As an added bonus, it’s also a great vegetarian snack that’ll make vegetarians feel like they’re cheating.

1 bag chocolate animal crackers
1 jar creamy peanut butter

    “Like this.”

  2. a) chocolate animal crackers are epic in comparison to regular
    b) you totally shattered my dream of hoping to see a massive peanut butter elephant…

Who knew that little chocolate elephants prefer their peanuts in butter form? Thanks for clearing that up. We like those crackers. I’ve used them (much cheaper) for chocolate cookie crusts in pies. Those giant bags from Stauffer’s are only $2 compared to buying specialty chocolate wafer cookies. I like the 1 And Done title.

Chocolate Graham Crackers and PB are one of my favorites. Especially if you can find graham crackers with some sugar chunks on them! The animal crackers are just too small! My vote is for 1 and done as well.

Ooh, that reminds me of those blueberry muffins with the sugar chunks on top. Let’s be honest though, the muffin and the chocolate graham crackers are just a means of getting sugar chunks and peanut butter into our mouth.

And you’re missing the point – the fact that their small means you can eat so many more! It’s fantastic!

Haha, like Chuck, I was expecting to see a giant peanut butter elephant too! Those crackers are cute, not sure if you can get ones like that in the UK

I think I’d feel a bit mean swiping an animal cracker into peanut butter and biting its head off though…

No giant peanut butter elephant this time! Maybe next time!

You don’t have animal crackers over there? or just the chocolate kind?

Everyone feels guilty the first bite, but then your taste buds just mask all that shame and guilt.

Hehe. That made me smile. I just so happen to have an almost empty bag of chocolate animal crackers. I gave them to my students after I taught them the story of Noahs Ark at church. Oh, and I always have pb, so I’m going go dig in as soon as I quit typing. :)

    This is perfection ;)

Also, cutest photo ever! It makes me want to go out and buy cute little animal crackers just so I can play with them on mounds of peanut butter.
