I do too! This used to be my lunch every day for several months of the year, but I got lazy and started using deli-sliced turkey and it wasn't nearly as good so I stopped. But I have a huge turkey breast (8 lb, bone-in) in the freezer that will be put to good sandwich use!

You're right, you're right. I should have used the real stuff, but after all the heavy foods and intense desserts, I just needed something a bit less dense.

And yes that's honey mustard, but because of your suggestion I put cheddar on my sandwich instead of cream cheese the next day and it was great! Kudos!

Haha, this time you are correct sir!

Well I made this sandwich two days in a row and guess what I put on it the second day? A couple spoonfuls of the leftover Sweet Potato PB Casserole and it was fantastic! So yup, I got it in there!

Why nonfat cream cheese? Go less processed and use regular! Also, in the picture, it looks like the slice in the background has cheese, but could be the honey mustard... however, this sandwich sounds amazing and I think a slice of cheddar would be the deal maker!
