It was wonderful and has become my new favorite sandhich. I've always like pb and banana, but never thought of "grilling" it on the skillet. I can't wait to try it with the peaches and maybe even apples, too! <i>I can't explain it, but something about grilling it just adds another layer of depth. I highly recommend picking up a peach when they're good and cheap! I can’t explain it, but something about grilling it just adds another layer of depth. I highly recommend picking up a peach when they’re good and cheap! I haven’t yet tried it with apples, let me know if you do. ~ Nick
