That chili looks insanely great! I may have to try it with Boca crumbles.

That's funny because the whole rationale for creating the chili recipe was based on a fact I heard from several people that their parents would always serve peanut butter sandwiches with chili and how it went together so well. Peanut butter and Ritz is similar but still new to me! But it does work wonderfully well in the chili, and I always serve it with toasted beer bread on the side, usually spread with more peanut butter!

Me neither, but it's a perfect excuse to have an extravagant spread of food, even if it's only for 1.

You wanna know something funny? When I was a kid, my mom made chili every winter. You know what my fav thing to have with it was? Ritz with peanut butter. It is a perfect combo and I can;t wait to officially put the two together with your recipe!

Yay recipe roundups! Mmmmm. I might have to host a Super Bowl party just as an excuse to make a bunch of these. Even though I don't watch the Super Bowl. Hm.

Great recipes!

Did you know that the day after the Super Bowl is the biggest "call out of work day" of the year? My brother reminds me of this every year :)
