I'm going to try this for my Gado Gado ..instead of the prefab peanutsauce they sell over here in Holland (which is nothing more than okay). We eat peanutsauce ALOT as it is a regular sauce on French fries over here (try it, its great!). I'm going to throw in a bit of crushed peanuts in this sauce. I always like a little extra crunch in my peanut sauce. Looks like a great recipe.
