Although you need to be careful, because on the Puffins box it does not say "gluten free" because I believe it's made in a factory that produces wheat. I actually once read a story of this kid that went on a long car trip for vacation with his family. He was a picky eater and only brought along a huge container of peanut butter. For about an entire week, he ate almost nothing else but peanut butter straight from the jar. He actually lost weight, had more energy and felt healthier afterwards!<br/><br/><b>elizabeth</b>, Yes!
