Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Shake


This one’s a no-brainer. This shake is perfect for a quick breakfast on-the-go or before/after a workout. It’s loaded with protein and nutrients and delicious to boot. Oat flour can be purchased or made at home by blending rolled oats to a fine powder. If you’re using a blender to make this shake, then use peanut butter, otherwise use powdered peanut butter. Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. If using peanut flour and oat flour, you can just use a shaker bottle and shake vigorously. Drink immediately or chill in the refrigerator until cold. The oat flour will settle, so lightly shake between sips.
