Chile Verde Tacos

Ingredients:

1/3 cup prepared chile verde
1/4 cup boiled beans (optional)
2 corn tortillas
2T nonfat cheddar cheese
2T nonfat sour cream
cilantro
kosher salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil. Spray a quick shot of cooking spray on one side of the tortillas and place them, spray side down, on the baking sheet. Bake for 4 minutes in the oven, then flip them over, sprinkle the cheese down the middle of each one and place back in the oven for 3-4 minutes.

2. While the taco shells are baking, heat the chile verde in a pot on the stove or in the microwave. When the tacos are done, pile on the beans, chile verde, sour cream and cilantro.
